1. Marketplace role

CokeSoup is a classifieds platform. We connect buyers and sellers but are not a party to any transaction. All payments happen directly between users (cash on pickup or bank transfer).

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to post illegal items, counterfeit goods, weapons, or any content that violates local law. Listings are subject to review and may be removed at our discretion.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and the safety of your account credentials.

4. Disputes

Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved directly. CokeSoup may assist by reviewing chat history and listing details but has no obligation to mediate.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
